Aspects of miRNAs as biomarkers in human diseases

چکیده
RNA interference (RNAi) is one of the primary machineries involved in regulation gene expression using small double-stranded (dsRNA) eukaryotic cells. MicroRNA (miRNA) a class non-coding RNAs, regulating through canonical and non-canonical ways. Previous studies have shown that miRNA coding sequences make up 1% human genome currently 1917 miRNAs are displayed miRBase database. Expression levels circulating related to various pathophysiological conditions such as cancer, infectious conditions, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative many more. Therefore, it important identify, detect analyse by silico experimental analyses. In this review, after brief description, we discuss use for diagnosis prognosis biomarkers biosensors addition miRNA-based therapies.

Investigating the Molecular miRNAs as Biomarkers of Type 2 Diabetes
Introduction: Biomarkers would significantly improve the early detection of the disease and identification of individuals at risk of emerging complications. Diabetes mellitus is a group of diverse and complex metabolic disorders. Both type 1 diabetes (T1D) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) mellitus are associated with distinct alterations in the profile of MicroRNAs (miRNAs) in the blood, which are som...
متن کاملA review on miRNAs as new biomarkers for colorectal cancer
Background & Objective: Since colorectal cancer does not often have phenotypic symptoms in the early stages, the study of biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of the tumor is very important. MicroRNAs are one of the most important biomarkers which attract the attention of many researchers due to a variety of reasons, including their non-invasive nature; these molecules are a group of non-...
متن کاملThe role of miRNAs as diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers in various cancers
According to the growing number of cancer fatalities and the complexity of the disease in diagnosis, prognosis and treatment, here we have reviewed one of the helpful and promising factors in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Micro-ribonucleic acids (miRNAs) are non-coding ribonucleic acids that are evolutionarily conserved and have a length of 18-25 nucleotides. miRNAs control the express...
متن کاملUse of miRNAs as Biomarkers in Sepsis
Sepsis is one of the most common causes of death in critical patients. Severe generalized inflammation, infections, and severe physiological imbalances significantly decrease the survival rate with more than 50%. Moreover, monitoring, evaluation, and therapy management often become extremely difficult for the clinician in this type of patients. Current methods of diagnosing sepsis vary based es...
متن کاملmiRNAs as Biomarkers in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia.
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative neoplasm that is frequently characterized by the constitutive expression of the oncogenic protein BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targeting breakpoint cluster region-ABL are the first-line therapy for most CML patients and have drastically improved the prognosis of CML. However, some CML patients are unrespons...
